About Our School

Grants Pass Flexible Learning EXperience (GPFLEX) is learning that works for your student(s) and your family. Enjoy the flexibility of at-home, online, learning with access to award-winning in-person programs and activities within Grants Pass School District 7 schools. With GPFLEX, students enjoy an individualized learning plan to help them achieve their educational goals.

School Overview

GPFLEX is designed to meet the needs of 6th-12th grade students and their families that want an alternative to the full-day brick and mortar school experience.

GPFLEX provides the flexibility for students to learn online at home while also providing access to award-winning in-person programs and activities only found at Grants Pass School District 7 schools.  Additionally, GPFLEX students are encouraged to participate in school clubs, sports, events and activities. A new campus near Grants Pass High School is coming fall of 2023.

What does the school calendar look like?

GPFLEX follows the Grants Pass School District secondary calendar and classes are structured to be consistent with D7 quarters and semesters. GPFLEX is a fully accredited school that meets all of Oregon’s requirements for a high school diploma. 6th-12th grade students will be expected to carry a full load of classes during their enrollment at GPFLEX.

Attendance

  • Students are required to make daily virtual contact with their teacher; AND
  • Students are required to make daily progress (at least 1 hour per day per class) in their online courses.
