What's Offered With GPFLEX

Elementary School students use Strong Mind curriculum for English Language Arts and Math and Savvas for Social Studies and Science. GPFLEX elementary is offered to families in partnership with Evergreen Virtual Academy,

Middle and High School students will be using Edgenuity as their online curriculum and Canvas for your daily check-ins as a GPFLEX student.  See video below to get started online. 

Absolutely! As long as the majority of your classes are through GPFLEX. In fact, during the 2022-23 school year, almost 1/3 of our students had a hybrid schedule that included in-person classes.

Yes, you are welcome to participate! However, you must meet the eligibility requirements set by OSAA and the Grants Pass School District. Additionally, you can attend dances, games, and even join clubs at your home school. Contact our staff for more information or visit your home school's website.

Yes.  GPFLEX students in 3^rd, 4^th, 6^th and 7^th grade take the English and Math state tests. Students in 5^th, 8^th and 11^th grade take the English, Math and Science state tests.

Yes! GPFLEX has its own personalized graduation ceremony for high school seniors. GPFLEX students wanting to participate in the Grants Pass High School graduation ceremony are welcome to do so provided they also participate in the GPFLEX ceremony. Additionally, our students are eligible to participate in Project Graduation events such as grad night, senior BBQ, and boat trip. Our 8th graders can also participate in their home school's moving-on ceremony.

We track attendance in two ways:

1. Students are required to check-in with their Edgenuity teacher daily on Canvas AND;
2. Students must make steady progress in their online classes. This averages to about an hour per day per class.
